A prophetic promise.

Image
I posted this on Facebook last weekend, but felt prompted to explain a bit more of what I termed as a prophetic promise.  On Saturday morning after a weekly zoom meeting I have with a few men, I stepped outside and was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful fragrance of Jasmine.  One of my favourites and immediately thought that the summer is coming.  I looked at the bush and sure enough there were flowers blooming.  Just as there are seasons in nature there are seasonal  changes in life and spiritual realms as well. This is true during this period, the circumstances have been imposed on us, and not directly due to any fault of ours. On the other hand if we have been guilty of sin or poor decisions we can still repent and believe for redemption, although there will be some repercussions for that God is willing and able to redeem us in full if we turn to him in obedience.  Some of us may have experienced some dry and harsh conditions lately but this too will ...

But the one who does not know and does things deserving punishment will be beaten with few blows. From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked. Luke 12:48 NIV Peaks and Valleys.
