Earlier this week my friends and I had what has become an annual celebration of Gods goodness and work in our lives. In fact celebration is a spiritual discipline that is not practiced much, and we enjoy a fine meal, drinks and the pleasure of each others company.  2020 was certainly not an easy or standard year and full of challenges and change on so many levels, yet there were things that we can be grateful for.  I am grateful that I have a job still after the Pandemic and Lockdown period.  The company was really blessed and despite the loss of many days of sales revenue has emerged in a relatively good place. I am grateful for the great leadership and graciousness of Candice and Mary and the whole team @ Willys B's Honey Products.  I am grateful to new technology and ways of staying connected via zoom etc. I was skeptical initially, but almost being forced to look at alternative methods of engagement was a crucial life line for me and many others. Once again God ministered to me through his Creation on my walk around the farm. I noticed many white moths or butterflies and my Father revealed some thoughts to my mind. That he is always close by, and easy to find, if I would just take time to intentionally look.  That his rod and HIS staff they comfort me. The Word and The Spirit.  He leads me on the paths of righteousness and HIS will. He surrounds me, and is ever present.  His presence rests on me, it can be taken hold of, but it's gentle and often fragile.  However it's resilient and durable enough to last a few days or flight and to survive the elements and dangers it faces (turns out that these butterflies migrate annually); all the way to the coast, speaks to me if Gods plans and purposes for my Life, I will indeed reach my destination.
